Abstract - Today, every company is a technology company. Our global economy depends on digital infrastructures and mission critical data centers like never before. Nearly all businesses are transforming from older and more manual processes and technology to much more modern technology approaches, including “the cloud”. What may be less apparent, is that this new infrastructure, regardless of what it is called, actually exist in the form of millions of servers, storage and network elements located in thousands of data centers around the globe.
